Most of our products follow a slightly oversized fit throughout the collection unless stated otherwise. We recommend staying true to your usual size for the signature PV look.

How to find a product:

Simply click on the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as Headwear or T-shirt. If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box to find products by name, category or style.

How to purchase a product:

When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to cart". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on "Checkout" to be led through the checkout process. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us by chat found in the bottom right of the website or via email at info@permanentvacationbrand.com.

Creating a PV account allows you to:

  • - Save various billing and shipping addresses to speed up the ordering process.
  • - Store credit card information to speed up checkout.
  • - News and Exclusive Offers: subscribe to our newsletter to receive email updates on special promotions, new product announcements, gift ideas and more.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to orders@permanentvacationbrand.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has completed and shipped we cannot cancel the order.

Can I amend my delivery address?

If you have made a mistake with your address when placing your order, please contact orders@permanentvacationbrand.com immediately so we can try to rectify your details. Please quote your order number in the email subject line to speed the process up.

Can I change my delivery address although my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately once your order has been shipped, we cannot redirect your package. You will have to wait until it reaches it's destination and contact the carrier company.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add info@permanentvacationbrand.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us at orders@permanentvacationbrand.com or click on the live chat button on the site.

How do I know my order has been dispatched?

An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

Where do I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the link provided with your the tracking number.

If an item you have ordered is missing from the package, this will likely have been removed due to it being out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately at orders@permanentvacationbrand.com with the following information: - Order Number - Missing Item(s) Our support team will investigate the matter and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:


  • - Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.

  • - Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
  • - Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
  • - Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.


  • - Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.
  • - If your package is shown as delivered and none of the above worked. Please contact the carrier service from your tracking number and open a support ticket. Once you've received a support ticket please contact us at orders@permanentvacationbrand.com, providing us with your support ticket number and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by assisting the carrier service on on locating your parcel.

Shipping is free on all orders above $100CAD before taxes to all Canadian and United States addresses.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder.

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, made to order items, major holidays and sale periods.

What is the typical delivery time for an order to reach a certain country or region?

  • Canada Post parcel usually arriving within 7 business days.
  • USPS parcel usually arriving within 7-10 business days.
  • All other countries can take up to 2-3 weeks

There are no duty fees for Canadian and U.S. customer. All other countries may be subject to import fees.

Due to high volumes of inquiries, it can take our customer service representatives up to 48 hours to respond. Sending multiple emails only delays yours and other people’s inquiries, please only email once.

Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on www.permanentvacationbrand.com. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgement for your order. You can cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch.

Our checkout is managed by Shopify Payments which is powered by Stripe, the World’s leading online payment gateways. Customers may also choose to checkout using PayPal.
