Complimentary Shipping

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders of $75 USD or more within Canada and the United States.

For orders below $75 USD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International shipping rates are also calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and customs processing. All delivery estimates are approximate.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact orders@permanentvacationbrand.com within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable. Our team will review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

International Orders & Customs

We ship worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs clearance may occasionally cause delivery delays.

If your international order has been in transit for more than 20 days, please contact us for assistance.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier or email us at orders@permanentvacationbrand.com so we can help review the situation.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or an unclaimed shipment, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

If we do not receive a response within 30 days, we may be unable to arrange further delivery. Any applicable refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged for suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or other security concerns.

Any payment collected for an order canceled by Permanent Vacation will be refunded to the original payment method.
