If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. 

We accept items in new/unworn condition for a refund, store credit or exchange. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.

Return requests can be made by emailing with your order number and name and the item wished to be returned. Please allow 24-48hrs for a reply.


You will be refunded the full amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping on your original order.

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Depending on the bank or credit card company, it can take up to 5-10 days to post the refund to your original form of payment.


Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order. Exchange requests can be made by emailing with your order number and name and the item wished to be exchanged. You can exchange your item for a different size subject to availability.

Your exchange will be processed and your replacement item/s will be shipped within 3 business days of the return being delivered. 


Store Credit is issued as a digital gift card. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on until the remaining balance is zero.

Your credit will be available to use once your return is delivered and processed.


All items marked Final Sale or listed in the Clearance Section cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process; it may take another 1-2 days for your order to be shipped out. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to Canada & The U.S. above $100 before taxes.


We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.


We ship worldwide! All orders outside of North America will be charged a flat fee of $15. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.


All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.


Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.

If you are experiencing delays in the shipping progress, please contact the carrier from the tracking number provided for updates or delivery date.

If your order is shown as delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier to look into the matter. The carrier will then reach out to us to help assist with the investigation.
